Was buggy, but worked, then when the last update launched (March 16, 2022) it won't even open.
Edit: A few updates later the app runs smoothly and when it forces you to change your password every so often you can do it in app. Freezes and gets stuck as a background task sometimes but that's not so bad. Force Closes when I try to login. when it is time to reset the password it just doesn't let you login, won't tell you it's time to change the password. I've used SIUCU and Regions apps as well and they are far more fluid and less clunky.
Doesn't open. There's only a white screen. Prior version worked fine. Now what do I do?
At first the app would crash. After an update to fix "bugs" it won't open at all. Completely worthless.
This app unfortunately gets harder and harder to use - as a developer I keep USB debugging on. Previously, all I had to do to open the app was to simply disable USB debugging, force-stop the app, and open it. But now, even after disabling Developer Mode entirely, clearing the app's cache, and force-stopping, then opening it again, it will not open at all because the "application violated security policies". Sorry, but what security policies is the app violating? Can't even check instant balance.

Since update can't open app just has white screen. Had for years now can't use it. Please fix...
I haven't been able to open the app for about a month now. It closes right after opening. Gf has the same phone, works fine for her.
